  Insanely slow branch. Tried to deposit cash and could not. Then had to wait 20 minutes while the agents took their sweet time and didn’t seem in any hurry while the clock clicked to close. There was only one person in front of me. And the agent serving him just walked off and didn’t come back. Never been to a branch that was this broken. Going to deposit at another BANK. Half an hour is far too long to wait for no one in front of me and four agents.

  I had a wonderful experience today at this branch. Ash, the representative who assisted me, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was extremely kind and patient, taking the time to explain every detail thoroughly and answer all my questions. I truly appreciated his professionalism and the level of care he provided. Overall, excellent service — thank you, Ash, for making the experience so easy and pleasant!

  The service is getting worse after original team retired in this particular branch. And TD encourages customers to use online tools and paper less services. However today manager Trace required the hard printed paper information and type into TD system printing out another paper ask customer to sign. It doesn’t make sense at all why she needs a printed information to type into the TD system. She lied saying it was TD policy. Just checked TD policy it indicates to fill in the online TD form to print out. Never required client to provide the printed form. Also she knew easy line could not do it on the phone and she suggested me to call them. She didn’t allow me to sit on the chair for disabled customers even I am in the medical situation. In the entire conversation she didn’t greeting the customer, no introduction, no sorry that they couldn’t do it at all. She is very unprofessional and with rude attitude. A tall slim guy in the front. When he wants to talk his favourite customers he takes time to talk. Otherwise he is pushing away the customers very fast doesn’t allow 2 seconds customer to manage some receipts in the bag. The front manger (Tracy) right now doesn’t support service representatives when there is a long waiting line. She sits in the back corner and representative has to run to her again and again ask her to review. She did very slowly in my case on purpose try to revenge me when I ask her for the written policy. If the manager doesn’t behave how they expect the team to behave. I have been with TD as a customer near to 30 years. It is my main bank to do banking. I will gradually close all accounts there. I do most banking online if the APP has the functions. I miss the old team a lot in this brand. I expressed my feelings and I got blamed by one of the representatives. There were only two people working in the front and the line was very long. I believe she should apologize to me formally.
