I’ve been struggling with a very frustrating issue—my TD credit card PIN stopped working, and I was bounced back and forth between TD Credit Card Customer Service and the branch, with neither side taking responsibility. After five branch visits and seven phone calls, I was getting nowhere. Ash and Ali truly went the extra mile. Ali personally took my card and called Visa directly to get the issue sorted out. Within minutes, something that had dragged on for far too long was finally resolved. This kind of service—taking ownership and cutting through red tape—is rare and deserves recognition. Thank you both so much for your help, patience, and for actually caring about fixing the problem. Highly appreciated!
