- FKFatema KaraSep 18, 20251.0Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a TD Branch in the past 15 years banking with them. Teller (Afzal) was extremely rude, cutting off my sentences and not listening to the context of my request - a simple update of my telephone number on my profile. When he asked the supervisor for help, she was also aggressive and snappy, and walked away without solving the issue. It was so bad that I had to leave, drive to another location 10 minutes away (Redstone) - where they happily accommodated my request and solved the issue within 5 minutes. Don't understand how the Tower Hill branch functions with such abrasive staff and a truly hostile environment.

I was about to use the ATM when one of the workers called me to the front because he wanted to help me instead of me using the ATM. I felt welcomed to a simple trip to the bank and we had a good conversation while he was withdrawing my money. Amazing staff and amazing location. Very clean and peaceful inside!
