No matter when I visit, there’s always a long line and only two tellers working. It makes no sense, especially for such a busy location. Whoever is in charge of scheduling is clearly not doing a good job. It feels like customer time isn’t valued at all. I hope TD takes this seriously and improves the management and staffing at this branch.

There are always long lineups, and yet they consistently schedule only two tellers, even during peak hours. It’s unacceptable for such a large bank to have customers waiting so long for basic services. The manager clearly has no understanding of proper scheduling or customer service priorities. It feels like they are setting the staff up to fail while leaving customers to waste their time. This branch needs serious improvement — starting from the top.
