Why would I go all the way to the bank if I could do it myself? I even made an appointment, but I wasted a lot of time because of him.

The front desk told me that I need an appointment to cancel it, so my appointment is October 16, 11:00am. I arrived 10:57am and rang the bell for service. I was waiting for until 11:18 am and I rang the bell for the second time, after a few minutes, finally the staff came out and apologized to me. I feel so bad about the service.
