First of all, you have to wait much longer due to slow service. The staff is completely changed since last time I was in October. I noticed there often two-three members dealing with one customer even for long time. When asked 5300 dollars cash I dealt with three people: one who met me seems not autorized to handle cash and other person was called to help her. Although she immediately was suspecting that I am money laundering and requested for me to sign paper that I refused since I believe its against my rights. I never was told before to sign this paper and two workers told me it was initiated this month, which I am doubt. Since I refused her attitude became bad and no courtesy questions any more. I read reviews other people gave and confirm that its all correct.

The varius and different staff , tellers, personal bankers, managers throughout the years have always been professional. The only issue if you got sometimes with the lineups can be quite long but that's because it can be a busy branch.
