He is a very professional, extraordinary, patient and calm representative,the quality of his approach and work is exceptional. I was totally blown away by the level of professionalism and expertise displayed by him. I came in with my son to open a td student account and he was so calm and tried to go through everything with him when he was having difficulties completing the process on his phone..he helped him to quickly put his phone to charge bcos the battery of his phone was very low and he hasn't yet completed the process . - KBKhalid BhugalooOct 8, 20251.0I needed a signature in a life certificate to send back home to my pension administrator so that they can deposit my pension to my bank account. I was verified in 3 ways… 1. I punched my debit card and entered my PIN number 2. I showed the teller my Ontario driver’s license and 3. The teller sent me a code to my cell phone and I provided it to the teller. However, when he went to the manager for her signature, she said that I need to show her a NIC number that was on the form and I didn’t have that handy. I told her that I was already verified and that even if I showed her my NIC number, there’s no way for her to verify its authenticity. And she didn’t sign the form. I went to a different TD bank nearby and they signed it without any issue. I have been having life certificates signed by managers or tellers from TD for the past 20 years. And I’ve been a customer for TD since 2005. The truth is that that manager was not willing to help. Fortunately not all managers are like her.
