Then had issues with an account that was easily figured out at a different branch. Switching to a new bank, it's been five years too long with this. Bad customer service and even worse account services. I always left feeling more confused then when I went in, and that's ridiculous. I get clearer information at any other branch or bank. This one is awful. Spare yourself the stress and frustration.
