The folks at the Port Elgin branch were extremely helpful and understanding. They made it easy for me to deal with everything through my local branch. IN the matter of some financial matters that had to be handled in Port Elgin between the branch and the local lawyers office, they were wonderful to deal with over the phone. I don't bank at this branch, but all of my dealings with them over the years have been smooth and trouble free. Thank you to the Port Elgin staff at this branch.
