- KBKyle BrantSep 23, 20241.0Terrible service and I quote from the teller "call the fraud department stand over there it won't take long" and they closed forced me to leave and now I'm still on hold 30 minutes later. I get done work at 430 this is ridiculous. CONTINUING ON! Even after the owner comments I still get treated like dirt at their establishment. You need to reevaluate your staff big time.
- ALAmy LidenApr 30, 20231.0The push buttons on the entrance doors don’t work. It’s very hard to manoeuvre with a stroller. I mentioned it to a teller and was told the button sticks and to push harder. Was told with zero sympathy, apologies or any indication the problem will be fixed.

She knew what she was talking about and was able to answer my questions easily in terms I could understand. The best part though was the way she treated me with respect and made me feel as though I was important to her. I have never been disappointed with the staff at my local branch.
