- EJEdson JohnsonNov 3, 20252.0I observed that there was a mother with a young baby standing in line for an extended period who was given no priority nor even offered a seat in spite of the baby's periodic fussing. It so happened that the manager came into the area so I approached him about it and he said the branch has no policy or practice of looking out for their customers who are mothers with young babies....so strange, even the hardware does that!!!
- HMHarman MalhiOct 26, 20251.0Worst experience I’ve had. I go into the branch try and get my debit card added into my Apple wallet and the lady helping was completely useless!!! Kept repeating the same steps that I CLARIFIED wasn’t working and then said the good ol excuse”you have to call our head office” but when I call head office they say I have to go into the branch location to get it fixed. And don’t get me started on the ATM’s that I’m fully convinced are there for aesthetic purposes. Can’t even access the ATM after hours and the drive thru ATM is out of service 9/10 times. Gonna be ending my banking journey with this terrible company! American Express here I come.
