  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Zoha at TD Canada Trust was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to truly help us. She helped me secure a lower rate on my credit card and guided us through opening new accounts with ease. She was also so friendly and welcoming — easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a TD branch. On top of that, we had our young kids with us, and she went out of her way to give them pens and paper to keep them happily occupied during the appointment, which meant so much to us. Zoha went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for her support. Truly a fantastic experience from start to finish.

  Long wait lines! I came in just to pickup my credit card which should be a simple customer service task - but ofcourse there is no one available to assist at the customer service counter. Branch seemed understaffed for a busy workday on a Wednesday. Had to wait in line for like almost 30 mins just to pickup my credit card. Very disappointing!

  I've been banking at this branch for 30 years. The tellers do the best they can, this branch is very busy most days,so pick a suitable time. But otherwise very pleasant experiences.
