My only issue is; during this very, very long renovation process to make it wheelchair accessible, the signage has been quite terrible, virtually non-existent to be honest. There was an ATM van out back for quite some time, however there was zero signage (or information online anywhere) letting customers know the bank was in fact still open to clientele. I went to Sarnia on a number of occasions when I had to do in house banking only to eventually find out there was access through the back where workers were which was not obvious (even other locations and Head Office were unable to provide this information?). Two months later and the ATM is once again available indoors, with no sign of a ramp yet and still no signage helping customers out.
