- STScience4Life (TSS117)Oct 27, 20252.0No business line and no drive-thru so kind of feels like a downgrade.. Nice building, took 45 minutes to do a business deposit though. I overheard Andrea (seemingly one of the supervisors behind the counter) complained about how Melissa (one of the tellers) was greeting people. Something about it being loud and unprofessional.... However it was very loud and busy in the bank.. I've been going to do business deposits at the TD by Moores for a year now. Melisha is nothing but professional and lovely to deal with. I find it hypocritical and rude that Andrea would take issue with her but not the teller next to her who was greeting in a similar fashion in a similar tone.... Maybe don't talk about your co-workers negatively in front of customers. That's unprofessional.
