- ABA BAug 18, 20255.0A big THANK YOU to BJ!!! I was scammed, using Kijiji, over the weekend and was stressed out of my mind. A Kijiji buyer set up a date and time with me to pick up items I had for sale on Kijiji. The buyer had a profile that said they had been with Kijiji for three years. When the buyer e-transferred me their payment, they took multiple amounts of money out of my accounts, not in! Needless to say, this has been an absolute horror story. I went into the TD Bank today, as suggested by the TD customer service helpline, who were very helpful over the weekend. I spoke to BJ about what happened with my accounts. BJ was very kind, supportive, understanding, helpful… reminding me that these scammers are experts at what they do. I felt sick to my stomach, stressed out….BJ took the time needed to explain things, got me a new card, linked all the necessary bill payment info….all with kindness and gentle wording. Thank you very much BJ. The world is a much better place with you in it.

It's not accessible at all, if you use a wheelchair or stroller it's extremely difficult to get through their 2 sets of doors that are so close together only 1 person can get through at a time. And while you're out there struggling no one assist you, they all just stare when you finally get in the door. The bank tellers (the one I seem to always get stuck with) has little to no training and no idea how to do the most basic transactions. I would stick to just using an ATM but they don't have one!!!!

I have banked at 7 TD branches in 4 different cities and I am investor in TD directly, so I am a knowledgeable supporter and advocate of the institution. Whatever you do, steer clear of this Perth branch. As one reviewer has mentioned, phones are never answered, but more than that, voice messages are never responded to. This not only extends from the Financial Advisor, but all the way to the Bank Manager…. 6 voice messages, different topics….no response! My Financial Advisor similarly does not do well at answering email or voice mails. My mortgage payment options, presented by her were in error,.....critical Emails disappeared (i.e. I never received a critical email that was supposedly sent and there was no email available in sent items to be reforwarded!!), they had 4 weeks to work out straight forward financing and missed the deadline, I was not informed that the branch was temporarily closed due to COVID and hence was deserted in the middle of the application process. This performance of this branch ranks the lowest I have ever experienced in my life from ANY business. Consequently, I am posting this review so you can avoid the severe grief you will endure using this branch.
