- ERErica RacetteNov 26, 20255.0I have banked with TD for over 30 years, and used this branch for 8 years. They always go far and above what is required of them to ensure I have a good customer experience. I have had not a single complaint in all 8 years, yet at other branches almost always have at the very least a poor exchange, but also frequently would say I have an actual complaint. So I can say it is not just the bank itself, it is this Perth branch in particular that does an amazing job at making sure I am satisfied and that any questions or issues I have are immediately resolved! I would especially name BJ, Pam and Chelsea - they make that place tick, and I don’t know what we’d all do without them!!! They are wonderful! I would say to others tho, in all branches, if you begin your experience with kindness, often your teller will respond with kindness as well, so that at least you’re off on the right foot!!
- ABA BAug 18, 20255.0A big THANK YOU to BJ!!! I was scammed, using Kijiji, over the weekend and was stressed out of my mind. A Kijiji buyer set up a date and time with me to pick up items I had for sale on Kijiji. The buyer had a profile that said they had been with Kijiji for three years. When the buyer e-transferred me their payment, they took multiple amounts of money out of my accounts, not in! Needless to say, this has been an absolute horror story. I went into the TD Bank today, as suggested by the TD customer service helpline, who were very helpful over the weekend. I spoke to BJ about what happened with my accounts. BJ was very kind, supportive, understanding, helpful… reminding me that these scammers are experts at what they do. I felt sick to my stomach, stressed out….BJ took the time needed to explain things, got me a new card, linked all the necessary bill payment info….all with kindness and gentle wording. Thank you very much BJ. The world is a much better place with you in it.

The Branch manager Graydon Hill is just Super Good and Friendly. Thank you for providing such a Great Service. Miss Banking and seeing all of you because of moving quite far away from the area.
