Currency Exchange Service
To help keep our customers and colleagues safe, we have implemented physical distancing guidelines in our branches. We are limiting the number of customers in the branch and your wait time may be longer than normal.
Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. In Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced support for physical distancing.
We ask that you only visit the branch for matters that require in-person assistance. Please do not visit if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been advised to self-isolate due to exposure to COVID-19 or travel.

I was given majorly bad attitude and then reemed out for muttering about their terrible customer service under my breath. Do not use these guys. For exchange services, banking, or anything else. Extremely disrespectful. And if you just want to exchange cash without an account, you're out of luck.
