They need to educate themselves as to how to deal with customers and to do their jobs because there is no one that’s educated that would treat and work with their customers this way. For the past three months until now, I have had an issue and no one has been able to solve it. I’ve been going back and forth many times with no result. I hope this branch closes.

I had zero chance to explain my situation. Whenever I tried to clarify something that was going on behind my back with my account, they wouldn’t listen at all. They just kept cutting me off like my concerns didn’t matter. I requested reimbursement for multiple issues, and all I got was: “You were aware of the account. We can’t help you with that.” No explanation, no effort, nothing. For the last three straight days, I’ve been going into the branch trying to close an account that keeps taking money from me. Every time I visit, they refer me to a phone number. When I call the number, they tell me to visit the branch. Then the branch tells me again to call the number. It’s a ridiculous loop. Finally, when I went back to the branch again, they called the number in front of me, and those people said they can’t help me anymore and that my reimbursement request is denied. The staff were rude, dismissive, and honestly have no idea how to do proper customer service. This has been one of the most frustrating banking experiences of my life. I would not recommend TD Bank to anyone.
