Wouldn't reverse the charge. All my investments soon off to another Canadian bank. #### Response.. I spoke with a phone agent , who consulted with a manager and they refused to look into it or to identify the reason for the charge. I emailed personal banker J. B. at the branch. Cut and paste response ignoring the contents of my email stating I never took a cash advance. So I'm not calling anymore.. investments leaving TD at maturity.
