My dad came here to repair his bent debit card and also the chip wasn’t working when we tried to tap and it didn’t even take us long for someone to see us! Employees are extremely amazing when they helped us out with this! Most of my family has been using TD for years and it has been an amazing experience! We will always trust in TD! And we usually come here to withdraw money and WOW the machine works so well! We get the cash Everytime, amazing place for sure
- JJJesseNov 13, 20251.0closed both my acccounts due to rude staff here and crazy wait times. stood in line for over 45 minutes to get a new bank card... i finally got to the teller and they made life diffcult for no reason even the manager just told them to give me a card and still the staff found any reason they could to not give me one. now instead if getting a new card i have removed my business account and personal account from your services and will continue with cibc as there half your price and never have wait times even on busy days.

Every time I come to make store deposits, I end up waiting in line for close to an hour .This is not acceptable, especially considering that we are regular business customers. I have also noticed that there are often three managers on the floor, yet none seem to step in to assist or open an additional counter to help move the line faster. Providing timely service should be a priority, particularly for business clients. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed to ensure faster service and a smoother experience going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
