- SOSquares O'MaticOct 2, 20251.0The tellers are lovely, friendly, and hardworking, but seem to be poorly trained or very inadequately supervised, which is not their fault. On two separate occasions over the course of three days, I tried to get help with a fraud claim I made mistakenly while very sick. On my first visit, the teller went out of his way to help me by calling the fraud department himself. After speaking to someone, he assured me that the fraud claim was closed, and that my debit card was re-opened. It was not re-opened, and the next day was a bank holiday. I was almost stranded across town without any money to get home because of this. Fun! The second time I went, on the day after the bank holiday, another teller helped me get a new debit card, and her manager assured me the fraud claim had been cancelled. It was not cancelled. I now have to spend the night on hold with both TD phone services, and also potentially the fraud department. Thanks for that.

You can "click to renew" on your online account and even get better rates there... Check it out yourself. I am switching my mortgage and line of credit to another bank :(
