    Three days of constant phone calls, figured they were spam, finally answer. Immediately start in on me about late payments etc... explain to them I have never heard of them or have an account, more accusations and "get to our office". After forcing them to reveal to me a name of who they think they were calling, sure enough, although they have the right first name, the last name was different. Wrong phone number, no apology, no nothing. They don't even confirm or know who they are talking to. They just up and hung up on me. Not professional, don't even confirm who they are talking to. Acting more like loan sharks. Might want to avoid, I know I would never deal with them.

    Hi had the pleasure of meeting and being served by the branch manager Hudson as I came in looking for a loan. I was feeling down when I walked in because of the loss of my husband to cancer and embarrassed because of my current financial situation. I was greeted with a warm smile and she really listened to my needs. She was very clear in her explanation of the process, thorough and so respectful of my situation. She made me feel understood and answered all my questions. I got the loan and I’m so grateful. Thank you so much Huda. You helped me to take a big load off my shoulders.
