He’s the most down to earth and understanding guy there. he treated me like an actual human and was able to help me in a way that worked best for my and my loan. I was off work for sometime and spoke with another lady there and she wasn’t as helpful but when i called back a week later and spoke to troy the first time, i felt a weight lifted. he actually listened to my situation and gave me different options to go about the next steps. Truly an outstanding guy. out of all the times i’ve dealt with easy financial, bank st has become my favourite solely because of branch manager Troy Lariviere!! Thanks troy you’re a real one
