- JZJosh ZlenderJul 23, 20251.0UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL Had a fraud alert on a tuesday. Called TD Canada to shut off my card and have a new one sent to this location on a "quick delivery" of 2-4 buisness days. I was told I would be called. I called this branch the following tuesday (over 4 buisness days) and was told by someone who claims they are the first employee in the store that my card has not arrived yet and it could take 7 days and to call back tomorrow. The following day still no call, so I called TD Canada who informed me that my card was in fact delivered to that location THE NEXT DAY (wednesday). So I call the branch again, I was still told that it's not there but they will "Take a look around". About 2 hours later I recieved a phone call saying they did in fact have my card there the entire time. Take from this what you will but that was my situation.
