- ROrackz osrsNov 5, 20251.0i do not ever write reviews or have the care to show my opinion but this branch is actually enough to make me sick. i have troubles with reading and writing and had a issue today where i needed to figure out replacing my bank card after being a customer with them for years even with branch's moving. i asked again and again for help to understand what i could use for id and the staff kept telling me to just read the paper ... this bank is not what it use to be and i hope everyone stays far away from them

You want a pleasant experience go to the branch on Townline tellers are nice and polite service with a smile they treat you with the respect you deserve same with management she is not incompetent and very nice to deal with. Hope that helps anyone who's looking for a great experience to have a pleasant day.

And they put it right in. I never have a check held and they can see that in my file that they are not held. They are effectively a waste of your time Because management. Doesn't feel like doing business. I don't think I will be back unless they're the only bank That is open.

There can be massive line ups, and they are nonchalantly chatting in the corner, talking about a vacation or a cottage. Any given day you can walk in, you’ll litetally see 2 or 3 of them standing on taking. Not to mention, their ATMs are always out of service. This is the worst TD branch i’ve been to. go to a different one.
