- LHL. HAug 22, 20251.0This branch definitely need to hire more tellers. Every time I come to this branch there is only ONE working among the 4 spots and of course the waiting line is LONGGGGGGGG. I had to drop by to make deposits and I do not want to use the ATM if it involves coins as well. After 15 minutes of waiting my patience hit rock bottom and had to give up and leave as the wait looked like another minimum 30+ minutes as this obviously looks to be newbie teller was chained to this one customer and it never seemed to end which caused this LONG line up to build up so quickly as this branch has lot of customers come in everyday. AND I was very disappointed the manager nor other seniority staff weren't willing to jump in the line to resolve the issue. Please do better. Again - Hire more tellers etc.

There is one staff member that is an exception to this and is absolutely amazing. I’m not sure if it’s high turnover over, or poor management, but a simple every day transaction can take some tellers up to 30 min. At some points the level of frustration has caused outbursts from customers and can feel quite awkward. I hope someone in management reads these reviews and looks into this.
