I took out a payday loan and called early enough to correct the date THEY messed up on so the funds come out of my account on the right date but unexpectedly the conversation I had with the customer service representative wasnt documented or the appropriate date changed and as a result the funds were taken out a week early which put my account in negative. Only way to rectify the situation is by offering to cover the $45 nsf fee and to fix it when reborrowing which I dont even trust they'll do it right the next time.
