And the only think they keep saying is that she needs to come to the branch. Definetly not equipped to serve out of the country customers. I am sure you can do better!

- MRMackenzie RiceSep 5, 20253.0The tellers at the main desk are always friendly and helpful, I have seen many of them take a lot of abuse from customers and keep their absolute cool and deal with it perfectly. They all deserve more credit and appreciation. Their investors on the other hand leave a lot to be desired. The first we spoke with regarding a mortgage didn't have the greatest way of explaining things, and we were frequently asking her to repeat herself. The second we spoke with was rude and condescending and had such a bad attitude towards us that he has completely turned us off from wanting to use this specific branch. TD themselves has such a weird web portal and app and it's often difficult for customers to navigate their way through things to find important forms, you would think the company would train their staff (specifially investors who speak with customers on important topics daily) to be more understanding and patient with customers.
