- GMGuy MerangerNov 19, 20251.0Awful customer service,this branch used to offer great customer service but it has became one of the worst....on my last visit there was a line up with only one teller opened,the branch manager walked right beside the line saw the line up and left,the teller was very nice and offered her apologies for the delay....I now go out of my way to avoid this branch...I am a former Canada Trust customer and a business owner and have been dealing with T.D. since they took over Canada Trust....I think that it may be time for a change.

And the only think they keep saying is that she needs to come to the branch. Definetly not equipped to serve out of the country customers. I am sure you can do better!
