  I’ve been putting off retirement planning mostly out of fear. I’ve never really gotten the answers I was looking for in the past with TD but this branch was different. I got so lucky and was paired with one of their new advisors Megan, her calm but straightforward personality gave me the confidence that I was in the right place and now finally had a plan i understood. I highly recommend this branch for all your long term goals!

  TD should honestly be ashamed of how this branch operates. I’m a born Canadian, grew up around the corner, went to school down the street and somehow this branch managed to treat me worse than any bank I’ve walked into in my entire life. I came in to open a basic checking account. Nothing unusual. I work in finance, I know the process. Instead, I walked into a wall of suspicion, attitude, and staff acting like my living in the U.S. automatically made me a problem. They couldn’t have made it clearer that they didn’t want me there. After an hour of weird questions and cold treatment, they smiled and said “Everything’s good.” Total lie. The second I left, they flagged my account, locked me out, and basically labeled me a fraudster with zero evidence, zero reasoning, and zero explanation. Just pure discrimination dressed up as “security.” Calling TD EasyLine was the icing on the incompetence cake. They wouldn’t verify me, refused explain anything, and literally told me they had no idea what to do. Their advice was basically: “We don’t know. Try going back to the branch.” The same branch that already screwed everything up. So here’s the TD experience in one place: Treated a Canadian citizen like a criminal Lied about my account being fine Locked me out immediately after opening it Accused me of fraud for absolutely nothing Offered zero help, zero clarity, and zero accountability This wasn’t a mistake. This was incompetence, discrimination, and complete failure of basic customer service. TD loves to advertise “banking on your terms,” but apparently the terms are: don’t live abroad, don’t ask questions, and don’t expect honesty. Do better. Seriously.

  Terrible bank, terrible staff , tried going to close my bank that I haven't used .... Somehow I'm in the negative ... And I have to pay 42$ to bring it to 0 so we can close the account , they are thief's taking money from people who don't even use the services, the person on easy web told me If I go to branch they can do a one time reversal fee to put my account at 0...the woman behind the desk had no idea what I was taking about and just argued with me 🤣 what a way to on escalate the situation...
