- MPMatt PoirierOct 15, 20252.0Staff aren’t the friendliest, last time I went in the guy I spoke to didn’t look me in the eye, was looking around the store as if he wanted to be anywhere else (hey we have something in common!) and gave me a business card for someone else (not even himself which I found odd) and told me to call the number. I asked if I could book an appointment and he said “no not today” so not sure why I even went in. Another staff member was also arguing with another customer so maybe the staff needs TD branded stress balls or something.
- IBIgor BSep 18, 20251.0this locations (trim rd in orleans) staff is very nosy, not focused on customer service, but to get to know what and why i do deposit, send money or otherwise what i spend my money on. this applies to the branch manager as well as to the staff. this is not simply "know the customer" but blatant intrusion in someones affairs. no descreet, privacy or any other customer first approach. feels like i was in a cheap restaurant ordering sub-par food from a tatooed waitress. there is no point td responding to this review, really. you have received numerous bad reviews and the same staff and same behaviour persists at this location.
