- KSKamyle SniderDec 1, 20251.0Initially, TD closed the incorrect account. Instead of my father's account, they closed my 15-year-old nephew's account. I have had to make four separate calls to rectify this issue, yet it remains unresolved. After waiting five months for the issue to be resolved, I am still experiencing problems due to the incorrect account closure. I will never bank with TD again. As a 13-year loyal customer of BMO, I will continue to bank with them or explore other options. I strongly advise against banking with TD, as they appear to lack the necessary expertise.

One of the tellers talked me down to earth, changed my cards and then sent me to a gentleman who advised on investment and safeguarding my account in the future. I was SO IMPRESSED and grateful. Absolutely outstanding help from all and any problem I’ve had since has been easily remedied thanks to the wonderful staff at this branch.

Still waiting on a return call and researching other banks in the meantime. Lady that tried to fix it on saturday was cool but still no return call 4 days later. been with td for 11 years now never been so dissappointed.
