- KCKaran ChahalNov 7, 20251.0I’d advise any Law Firms, Estate Agents or Lawyers with Trust Accounts to avoid this location. TD is great but I don’t think this the branch manager (Jennifer) understands how real estate transactions and closings work in 2025. Thankfully due to the help of our home branch (Bayfield) we were able to get an inappropriate hold on client funds released in time to close this transaction.

- ACAnn ClarkeMay 30, 20251.0My daughteer open up her first account getting her to learn banking on her own so lil nervous when waiting to be called teller to busy talking to other coworkers when my daughter went to teller she was extremely rude telling my daughter are u gonna take all day to put card in she very unprofessional rude ignorant to my daughter maybe TD should retrain there tellers in customer service as if that was me she talk to like that she would have gotten a ear full from me if you don't like your job or having a bad day just quit or stay home. This was at the Peter st orillia branch
