The process was slow, communication was lacking, and I was left unsure when or if the transaction would go through. Fortunately, I'm changing my grade to a 3-star review since the issue has since been resolved thanks to the helpful knowledge and professionalism of Vikramjit and Rohan. With their assistance, the transfer I had been trying to complete from TD bank to my TD Waterhouse account finally went through a few later. They were responsive, clear, and took the time to make sure everything was handled correctly. In reflecting on the earlier issues, I believe much of the initial delay may have come from the representative I first dealt with being overly cautious, perhaps concerned that I was slowly closing my TD accounts. At this time is that nothing is further from the truth. I do have a small account with another bank, but that is meant for financial security in the event of a network outage caused by Rogers and Bell's system failures. TD’s strong focus on security is something I continue to value when it comes to my money. Overall, while this experience started off poorly, I want to acknowledge the staff members who stepped in and made things right.
