    I have visited this branch several time and got to speak with Zhen, who is amazing in providing excellent services and answering my inquiries. She was on time, and easy to communicate with, friendly and always smile to clients. Definitely recommended.

    1st time to deal with TD and unfortunately this branch is the worst branch for any bank I’ve ever dealt with. Even though I was serviced without an appointment however the associate I dealt with when I was applying for a line of credit didn’t seem to know what he was doing, he messed up the transaction and entered important info incorrectly and I was told they’ll get back to me with a decision in 3 business days, at this point I was thinking to myself that’s a very long time in this time and age to get back to a client with a decision but I agreed anyways. But guess what I was naiive 4 business days went by and no news other than we still don’t have a decision, I tried reaching out to the branch manager leaving her a voice mail and following up with an email but crickets crickets. And I’m still waiting for somebody to get back to me. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere they don’t seem to care about their clients and good customer service does not mean anything to this branch or their branch manager. What a shame!
