- ASAyush SaxenaNov 5, 20251.0Arjun Puri (Branch Manager) was extremely unprofessional during my visit. I came in for a Access Card with my Driver’s License and asked for the standard 3-point verification for my second ID — something other TD branches have always done for me as a long-time TD customer. I even offered a utility bill as proof. Alternatively to send OTP on my home to confirm my identity. Instead, he insisted both IDs must have photos, and when I asked to see this policy, he refused and said: > “You can check yourself — I’m not wasting my time.” He also said: > “The longer you stay here, the longer it’ll take for you to get your card.” Very rude, dismissive, and not at all what you expect from a branch manager. I’ve already filed a written complaint with TD. This experience was truly disappointing.
