I handed over my money to the teller, she counted it, put it in the machine and deposited it, I left with my new balance, checked the app afterwards and noticed the amounts weren’t matching up. I called to inquire about this, only to be put on hold and for the manager to come and say “we’re only human, we make mistakes. The teller made a mistake, told me and then got too busy with other clients”. I understand we’re human and make mistakes, but if you do, especially with other people’s money 1) You should give them a call immediately, not just play around with their money, correcting things on their and not inform them. 2) You should be a little less curt and not only say “yeah, we’re all human” and “she was really busy with other clients”. Really disappointed at the service here.
