- LMLindsay MOct 25, 20231.0Booked and apt, the person was grossly misinformed. I had done my research and knew what I wanted and what I was doing. To start, they belittled me as if I were a child with big girl money and was extremely condescending. All they had to do was open an account. From the start they were “hinting” that my decision wasn’t right for me. They said “I’m not your financial advisor so I can’t make suggestions” and then they “advised” me by trying to convince me it’s a bad financial decision with jargon and misinformation. My mortgage broker, who they discredited, was better informed than them.

They gave me the ripped printed with ink bill that I asked to exchange on the spot immediately. And they told me THEY CANT. Another time. Without any valid explanation. Probably wanted to close for the day asap. Keep treating your customers like this. Way to go. Dissapointment.
