The experience here has been nothing short of unacceptable, and the main reason is the so-called branch manager, Valeria. She is, without question, the most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered in the banking industry. Instead of offering help, guidance, or even basic courtesy, she behaves with arrogance and dismissiveness. It’s shocking that TD Bank would put someone like this in charge of a branch. Banks are supposed to operate with professionalism and respect, but Valeria represents the exact opposite. Her lack of unwillingness to resolve issues make it clear she should not be in a position of leadership. If TD Bank believes this is the kind of “management” that reflects their values, they should be prepared to see their reputation sink fast.
