  Bharthi has been amazing every time I visit the bank. She always takes the time to really listen, explains everything in a simple and clear way, and never makes me feel rushed. She’s patient, approachable, and genuinely wants to help, which makes a huge difference. Because of her, every visit feels smooth and stress-free. She’s truly a great asset to the branch, and I’m very thankful for her continued support.

  Full of lie . The manager Spina. S and Lindsay told me my account is blocked. Not work . I went the machine take the money out . And ask me call TD . After 2 hours waiting for call . The block my bank . Full of lie . My account was no problem before . Never never use TD . And do not use the branch . Terrible management.

  This branch is awful. I’m told I need to get a difference piece of ID to change my account info. No problem, I go home and get the exact piece of ID that was requested. I’m then denied because “Lindsay” the manager feels it’s the right thing to do (she sits behind the desk and refuses to speak with me, forcing the CSR to relay the info). I come back a few days later and I hear her tell the CSR my ID was expired (it’s not). She then realized it wasn’t expired, but I guess she likes to look for an issue. I’m then able to change my account info, with no acknowledgement from the manager. Maybe I look untrustworthy (not white).

  My experience with Nadine has been extremely disappointing. I initially booked an in-person appointment for Saturday afternoon. She called the day before to cancel, assuring me everything could be completed by phone. She then promised to email all necessary e-documents and the agreement on Monday. One week later, I have still received no documentation or follow-up whatsoever. This lack of follow-through, especially after canceling an appointment, is highly unprofessional. In a financial context, keeping promises and maintaining punctuality are paramount. The failure to send a crucial agreement for seven days, without any update, is unacceptable and is leading me to explore alternative service providers.
