  My experience with Nadine has been extremely disappointing. I initially booked an in-person appointment for Saturday afternoon. She called the day before to cancel, assuring me everything could be completed by phone. She then promised to email all necessary e-documents and the agreement on Monday. One week later, I have still received no documentation or follow-up whatsoever. This lack of follow-through, especially after canceling an appointment, is highly unprofessional. In a financial context, keeping promises and maintaining punctuality are paramount. The failure to send a crucial agreement for seven days, without any update, is unacceptable and is leading me to explore alternative service providers.

  Kieran is fantastic. He is so helpful he is so smart I absolutely love the service. He is absolutely amazing god bless this man hopefully he becomes a branch owner very soon because he goes above and beyond and is an exceptional individual. Always looking forward to see him as the service is so easy and very straightforward. He is over qualified

  This is my third visit, and every time Nadine has been absolutely outstanding. She is always cooperative, professional, and welcomes customers with a genuine smile and passion. Her excellent service and positive attitude are the main reasons I chose this bank as my favourite. Thank you, Nadine, for always going above and beyond.

  I had a very disappointing experience at 2325 Trafalgar branch with the manager, Lindsay Ferris. In spite of providing valid ID, OTP, and PIN verification, she still gave me an unnecessarily hard time. She even came over to the teller during an override and started asking questions about my account that were completely unnecessary, since all verification factors were already met. I have never been treated like this at any other TD branch, or even at other banks. Her approach felt amateur, unprofessional, and racist completely unacceptable from someone in a leadership role. On the other hand, the teller was extremely polite, professional, and efficient. She handled the situation with respect and courtesy, which I really appreciate. TD should take this feedback seriously and ensure managers reflect professionalism, fairness, and respect toward all customers.
