- DDDanielDec 15, 20251.0If a single teller can only assist one customer every 20 minutes, that is a clear indication of inadequate staffing. This issue is only compounded by the fact that, despite the branch being open for hours, only two tellers are working out of eight available teller stations. The current in branch service model is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of concern for customers who take the time to come in person. Waiting upwards of an hour for a simple transaction is unreasonable by any standard. TD needs to allocate appropriate staffing levels and make proper use of available resources to meet basic service expectations.

Anshil did not have any intention to provide the slightest help. He was not willing to step up. He just decided to not help. He made things very difficult for me. He did not provide different solutions. After a very long time with TD, I am planning to close my business account and take it somewhere else. Very bad service.

When we first met our consultant Gabrielle Rabinovich, we must admit we were a bit skeptical, as young professionals sometimes lack experience with delicate issues (out of experience). However, Gabrielle pleasantly surprised us. She was concise, thorough, and answered all our questions. From start to finish, she was warm, polite, and genuinely attentive. We truly felt her professionalism and dedication to helping us. Banks need more professionals like her. We are extremely satisfied! Good job, TD!
