  The bank teller Katrina had a very bad attitude from the start. Was giving me false information about my account and was obviously having a bad day and taking it out on me. She was also rolling her eyes. I visited Saturday December 27 2025 at 3:20pm.

  Ilyas gave me a great experience at TD today. I lost my wallet and all of my cards, and he turned what could have been a really stressful situation into such a smooth and positive one. He was professional, patient, and efficient in getting me a new debit card right away, and he even guided me on how to replace the other cards that weren’t part of his department. What stood out most was that he is so nice, kind, and respectful. TD is lucky to have someone like Ilyas, and his professionalism, efficiency, and genuinely warm customer service truly deserve recognition.

  My experience with Thomas Daniel from TD was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. Initially, he was overly aggressive with calls, pushing to move the process forward before I even had the information I needed. But once I tried to follow up with my own questions — radio silence. He completely ghosted me: no returned calls, no replies to multiple emails, and zero follow-through. It's incredibly disappointing, especially when you're trying to make one of the biggest financial decisions of your life and expect at least a basic level of communication from someone with “specialist” in their title. I expected better from TD and from someone representing the bank on such a critical matter. If this is how they treat potential clients, I can’t imagine what happens once you're locked in. Would not recommend.

  Their employee Thomas Daniel was contacting us incessantly to do our mortgage over the phone, the day finally came that we had our appointment in person. After that, we tried several times to contact him when the date came closer to needing final approval for the mortgage which he filled out for us. Last minute we could not get ahold of him, he would not return our calls or emails after promising to do so, and we had to start the lengthly process all over again with another mortgage broker. Please save your time and stress and do not use Thomas Daniel at this location for any of your banking needs, what a nightmare

  It’s been my second time going to this brunch they are really friendly and helpful, It just took them 5 minutes to finish whatever I needed to do I forgot to ask their name though but definitely will go back.
