  I don’t see the point of having an ATM if they are only available during branch hours. The branch hours have also been reduced so outside of work hours how do I get cash? Going to the external ATM at Yonge /Bedford Park so you can not feel safe withdrawing from a filthy ATM is not why I’m paying more fees. Don’t thank me for the comment just fix it please

  Arrived at the TD location to do a wire transfer. All information on hand , not my first time doing a wire transfer to this recipient. Manager immediately says it can’t be done we cut off transfers at 5:30 … however this branch closes at 6 . No where anywhere does it say this, and I’ve done transfer well past 5:39 many times before. Denying service before your closing time is simply wrong and unacceptable.. After a fair exchange of unprofessionalism, the manager simply said she would not do it and it was up to her discretion and asked me to leave. She was very angry , unprofessional, and wears her manager “tittle” so serious that she thinks she owns the bank. Forgetting that it’s long time and short term customers that pay her salary . If I was rude or arrogant, I could understand being asked to leave and denied service ( even though it is still her duty to serve patrons) but I could appreciate her stance. But simply being denied service for before you close is simply … lack of management. Her name is Kristina sufaj… strange world we live in these days. TD .. just do better .. that’s all I’m asking. Thanks in advance

  Slow and unprofessional service from the Bank Manager and Teller at the 1677 Avenue Rd location. Rude and ignorant attitude towards my and other customer concerns. Used to be one of the best branches in the city for service, completely disappointed with their service now. I hope TD will address the multiple complaints that have been voiced about this branch recently.
