- KMK MDec 11, 20253.0Visited this branch twice, and while everything else has been satisfactory, I found the personal questions asked during “account updates” to be uncomfortable. The first time, I didn’t consider it a major issue, but it happened again on my second visit. I don’t understand why the bank needs to know what car I own, which other banks I use, or how much debt I have. The teller began asking these questions and updating my account, and only after I objected they confirmed that I wasn’t required to provide this information. They should first explain why such information are being asked and confirm whether I am willing to share these details. This approach feels unprofessional.
