I was the 3rd on the line and had to wait over 20 min which is ridiculous. Once it was my turn they couldn’t help me and were asking for my ON photo id although I had my drivers licence with me. Wasted my lunch break.

Conveniently located for me, minimalistic decor and very modern building. Sometimes busy but you can see everyone is really trying their best

Some asian lady was the one that attended for me and I asked for the exchange rate for a foreign currency if I used that td card while traveling. I was looking for the best exchange rate possible for each bank that I was using so I was going around but instead of telling me the rate, she just tells me that I’d need to have money in it to use it. No shit sherlock I was looking for the best rate not which of my account had the most funds in em. Like where do these people get their training?
