  I wish I could give negative star but unfortunately we have to give 1 the manager so rude and unprofessional and the teller she is something else dont have any5hing to say about here just wondering where they find people like them with out any training and knowledge 0 respect for costumer worst experience at this location 686 finch avenue. My first and last time at this location I do have business account with them but because of the experience am thinking to close my account and go with another bank.

  Visited this branch the other day. Only one teller and a huge line up. Everyone in line was frustrated and the manager came out, not to help out, but to say that they didn't have enough staff and that this was what we should expect and that we should "manage our expectations". I was stunned. Not sure if this branch is undergoing some personnel issues but I found this experience upsetting and definately not customer oriented. I'm surprised as I've banked with TD for over 30 years and always tell people how great their customer service is but recently, I've noticed a definate decline in service. Very disappointing.

  Beware using TD for foreign currency exchange. I recently converted several hundred Canadian dollars to Barbados dollars with TD and picked up the money at this branch. Upon returning from my trip, I went to the branch to exchange 32 Barbados dollars back to Canadian dollars. I was told they don’t accept any conversions less that 50 dollars. This is very frustrating and unfair as I was not told this before, only that they don’t accept coins for conversion. If I had known this, I would have returned with more than $50. It seems they will readily convert Canadian dollars to foreign currency but are reluctant to convert it back. Not good service.

  I’ve been dealing with This branch for four years and till now, I still think they are nice, that’s why even though I had such a bad experience recently I would still rate them four stars. To one of the Finicial Advisor there, it’s a very bad habit to not replying your customer both via emails or calls. If you messed up on opening an account from the beginning, simply let the customer know in the next second. Don’t waste their time from February to August. Don’t give them empty promises and refuse their contact. Everyone makes mistake in work but replying others is the basic work ethic. Very upset now.
