    I wish I could give negative star but unfortunately we have to give 1 the manager so rude and unprofessional and the teller she is something else dont have any5hing to say about here just wondering where they find people like them with out any training and knowledge 0 respect for costumer worst experience at this location 686 finch avenue. My first and last time at this location I do have business account with them but because of the experience am thinking to close my account and go with another bank.

    Always a great experience at this TD branch. The staff are helpful and professional, and the ATM is easy to use and always reliable. The branch manager is especially kind and attentive—really makes you feel valued as a customer. Highly recommend this location!

    I visited the branch on May,2024. The teller named Lin is very unprofessional and impolite. She makes mistakes on the transaction and I try to correct it . She seems very impatient and unpleasant. I would not recommend to anybody to do any investment at this branch . Go somewhere else who has better customer service and there are so many financial institutions who can help their clients more professionally.

    Let me commend Yolanda Ren at this branch for a job well done for me on 11/02 noon. She helped set up my specific accounts right in front of my eyes with diligence and interpersonal skills. During the process, she walked an extra mile to deal with other TD extension arms beyond the jurisdiction of the branch over the phone through a long wait time. She did it just to ensure my accounts were set up correctly in accordance with my wishes. All in all, she demonstrated a high degree of workmanship and client relations in this occasion. TD should be proud to have her on staff. Thank you, Yolanda!
