I paid them November 20 all the way up until now we’re At December 3rd they have stayed that I have not paid them. I keep getting harassing emails from them to the point that I need to get a letter in writing from head office stating that I paid them. I’m got text messages. I’ve got emails just full on harassment for no parent reason and when you do call them they hang up on you at the branches in particular the branch 2575 Has accused me of stealing and not giving back their money this was on November 23rd November 26 I was declined for an application I asked to have removed Because I didn’t wanna borrow and they made sure to make it seem like I never paid them and I got requested to come in to pay them personally. Branch 2575 will try and steal your money They are a bunch of people in cahoots to ruin your credit or steal your money. Several other branches have also reached out to me saying that I need to pay them and I need Everyone’s trying to get their bag not realizing I paid them days ago November 20. I paid them. Again, I’ve worked with them three times, there has been no Problem until this time. Head office branch 2575 the branch that called me from the number that one of these gentlemen have posted though I think it’s a 416 769 number. They harassed me for a good minute saying I need to pay them. I think it’s the same branch 2575. I need to reload because my mom needs the money now they’re low balling me my last loan was 7k they got it paid back in 4months. 90% of it in 1 month so what’s the problem I’m paying them too quick? I don’t know 🤷🏽♀️ but this company really went down hill with the new hiring of a certain group of people who aren’t professional in any capacity
