During my application process, she entered an incorrect date of birth and was dismissive when I tried to address the issue. When I applied for installment loans at other institutions, I encountered no such problems. Instead of acknowledging her mistake, Niti claimed there were two credit files for me with TransUnion, which I later confirmed was not accurate. Additionally, when I visited their physical location, I was told the wait would be approximately 45 minutes, but I ended up waiting over 4 to 6 hours with no resolution. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before doing business here. WORST SERVICE, UNHELPFUL!!!
