- PNPaul NoonOct 5, 20251.0I'm so fed up with td, I had a guy fraudulently put checks into my account , I didn't cash them, I thought maybe if they knew the account they were coming from and I had all the messages they could do something about it. Instead I still can't deposit into my account and it's been over 3 years. Only one other problem in 20 years. Which was a deposit I called five minutes after and resolved the next day. . . I can't even get over draft because they say I don't show responsible banking. . Everything I go in I get a different answer depending whose working no one seems to know the policies. The hours suck now which was the best part about them , but I can't even use the bank machine to deposit now and they are closed after I'm off work.

They treated us very poorly and we chose not to return. We then decided to go to the other locatiion at Northgate and they were amazing from start to fiinish! Do not recommend the downtown branch at all.
