- BTButter TeaDec 11, 20251.0I would give the service this time a zero star if I could. I was just inquiring about the possible bank statement print-out as it has been done for the past few years, and with other banks too. The guy said they have none of this service. When I raised the question about things being done in the past, he was like if you are going to argue with me then stop talking. He literally walk away without any communication. What a miserable human being in the important customer service position. If you cannot handle the job, go home and take a break.

Unfortunately very poor service, lots of delays and very little updates on a routine credit application for moving expenses. Will bank somewhere else next time because this should not take this long to process such a small loan.
