While he was polite and tried to help, it was clear that he lacked experience, which unfortunately led to a delay and my issue not being properly resolved. I appreciate his effort, but I believe better training or support from senior staff would really help improve the service. Time is valuable, and I hope TD considers this for a smoother customer experience.
