It still isn’t resolved and it’s been forever waiting for them to even manage to try and fix it. We still don’t know if it’s even fixable. Will not be returning and being very cautious who we go through when doing any type of finances in the future.
- DKDreamcast KyleDec 9, 20251.0Avoid this branch at all costs! 3 weeks ago we setup an appointment to refinance our mortgage, leaving us with some extra money to pay off debt. The agent was suppose to blend the interest rates and never did. Sending us through with a lower interest rate on our mortgage. This made us receive a $7000 penalty which was taken directly from our equity. So we suffered because the agent made a mistake. According to the manager, they cannot do anything to fix this, we ended up with a lower interest rate but out $7000 lump sum money to pay of our debt. That was the entire point of this entire process! If you go to this bank avoid using Shreyans Jain as an agent. They put somebody who was only doing the job for a week to handle our mortgage. Now we’re pretty much screwed. 0 stars if I could.
