- JJJTLNov 4, 20251.0TD Bank as a corporation is not the best. For example, they don't allow you do setup automatic credit card payments online unless you have a TD Bank account. They force you into the branch to set up the payments. In regard to this branch specifically, the staff members appear to be nice on face value but their ability to coordinate appointments with internal departments needs fixing. I had an appointment with a service member name and when we show up for the appointment, they advise there is not appointment booked. Your staff needs better communication with internal and external departments.
