    I highly recommend TD Canada Trust Newmarket. Tina is always willing to go above and beyond for her clients. She is very organized and professional at her job, but also extremely caring and empathic. I would recommend her services to anyone who needs help with their mortgage.

    My husband who passed away suddenly at the age of 53 from cancer had a small RRSP with TD. TD financial requires in branch support to finalize estate matters, and yet can't provide that support. I am several in person visits, 2 months, and dozens of calls with their estate department and no closer to resolving this. Of the 6 financial institutions I've dealt with in settling the estate TD has been by far the most difficult and seemingly purposefully unhelpful. So much for compassion eh? I will never deal with any arm of TD Financial again.

    Bank employees do not know the rules and are not helpful. I left a check. They said you will wait 3 days. I said I need to buy the product too. They were not helpful at all. I called my friend. “If you had an ATM, you could use $2000,” he said. I called customer service. They said the same thing. They said use an ATM and you would have $2000 in your account.
